The public health system of NL Health Services consists of five zones including Eastern Urban, Eastern Rural, Central, Western, and Labrador Grenfell. When accessing mental health services in the public health system, you will be referred to a specific program that best suits your reason for referral. Within this program, you may be paired with a psychologist or another mental health professional depending on your presentation, reason for referral, and resourcing within the program.
